Motivating: I have tried to do workouts on my own, but without success. I don’t push myself the way I do with Nora. Her rolling commentary is motivating, instructional and clear. She slows me down when I try to overdo, and she pushes me when I need it. With her three-level format, she encourages us to do what we can do and not sweat the horror of what we cannot do. Nora's classes are an important part of my day.
